Coding, Compliance and Documentation (CCD)

The pen meets the paper. We begin by reviewing the process by which the chart is generated confirming that all charges were properly documented and coded.

Medical Billing Quality Assurance (MBQA)

Were all charges billed? The next step is a review of the proofing mechanism to assure that all charges were billed.

Were all charges paid? The review verifies the timeliness and completeness of the follow-up process.

Claim and Contract Verification (CCV)

When the payment arrives, is the amount correct? We then proof the payments that are received against the correct profiled amount in every contract.
